MAN THANKS DR. RUBIO FOR LONG TERM FIX TO LONG TERM BACK PAIN
It’s been about 9 months that I’ve been coming to you for adjustments. When I started I was in pain all the time in my lower back whether walking, sitting or standing. When I’d get up from a chair or out of the car from sitting even a half an hour or more the pain would be really bad. Now I never feel pain when I’m standing or walking about. I do still have some pain after sitting or riding when I first get up but it’s nothing like it used to be. It is greatly diminished now and I have a lot of hope that with your working on it that will eventually get fixed.
Given that I had worked with two other chiropractors in the recent past who were unable to achieve these results it speaks to just how talented you are. They were both very nice people and I’m sure good chiropractors. One’s style was just to fix an immediate symptom. The other’s approach was to work toward achieving wellness as you have.
The big difference was that you were able to get results for me that are enduring beyond that next couple of days feeling better. I attribute that to the way you analyzed my situation very thoroughly and then developed a specific plan for me to get better. It wasn’t just your adjustments either. You were able to uncover some of the things I was doing to create the situation so I could stop those. You also gave me some very specific exercises that I believe have made a difference.
